Alaska Trustee On Deed Bond Updates

by Surety Admin 4. September 2010 12:09
Alaska HB 108 requires any person acting as a trustee on a deed to post a $250,000 court bond to protect the grantors and beneficiaries of the deed from the trustee's fraud or defalcation committed in the performance of the trustee's duties. Title insurance agencies would be exempted from the bond requirement.
