Lousiana SB 130 requires private child support collection agencies to register and post a $50,000
surety bond or cash deposit. The surety bond must be issued by a surety company licensed in the State, and it is conditioned on compliance with the law as well as the faithful performance of the agency’s agreements with its clients. ENACTED: 07/02/2010
