IDIQ Contract

by Surety Admin 2. August 2010 12:14
An IDIQ Contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Contractor is awarded a blanket contract for a service (roofing, asbestos abatement, etc.) and then they receive task orders for work needed throughout the year (or years). Sometimes the entire contract is bonded and sometimes it is bonded by task order.
